At Handwork Studio, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we offer. Each item is carefully crafted in collaboration with our artisan partners, and we hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 10 days of the date the merchandise is received.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please follow these steps:
- Inspect Your Order Promptly
Upon delivery, please inspect your order carefully. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with clear photographs showing the damage or defect. - Request a Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must first contact us to request a Return Authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. - Package & Ship Your Return
Once you receive your RA#, securely package the item in its original condition and ship it back to the address provided in our return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Important Notes
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receipt of your order.
- Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Damaged/Defective Items: Claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be accompanied by clear photographs. Once verified, we will provide a Return Authorization and offer a replacement or refund.
- Overstock/Final Sale Items: We do not accept returns on overstock, sale, or final-sale items.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the return is due to an error or defect).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus any shipping fees. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for processing.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
